We use this information to provide a better client experience for you by sending appointment confirmations, reminders and receipts. We will also use client email for marketing purposes from time to time which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
First and Last Name
We use this information for appointment bookings.
We use this information to contact clients regarding anything in relation to their appointment.
This information is used in case of emergency whereby someone needs to be contacted at your address. We may also use this for gift vouchers to be sent in the post that have been purchased by friends/family.
This information enables us to perform all of your treatments correctly and safely. Some medications or conditions could react with some of the products we use or be a contra-indication to a particular treatment. It is very important that you keep us up to date with any medical changes, you can of course refuse to provide this information, however we would have to refuse your treatment as this is a legal requirement for our insurance.
Again, this is in case of an emergency in the salon, whereby the emergency services may need to be called. We also use this information to treat our clients with a discretionary birthday discount on their birthday which they can use against any of our services.
This is required for client safety as some of our treatments do require a patch test prior to ensure no allergic reactions occur. These certain treatments cannot be performed without this information.
It is very important for us to be able to access your product/treatment history so that we can be sure to recommend you the correct products i.e. skincare and specific treatments so that you achieve the best results possible.
We sometimes like to take photos for social media and marketing purposes of some clients treatments or before & afters etc. However, we will NEVER take photos without your permission nor will we post them on social media without either your verbal or written consent. Complete patient confidentially will be maintained at all times and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
